TICA TENANT SCREENING SERVICE COMMUNITY GROUP MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Different Community Groups utilise TICA's Tenant Screening Service for a number of reasons.

Some of the most common reasons why community groups access TICA is to:-

	Find out if a tenant is listed on our Tenancy History Database.
	Find out who the listing agent is.
	The reason provided at the time of the listing.
	Arrange payment plan for tenant.
	Access tenant for emergency housing.

Community Group who access TICA do so to weed out those who are trying to take advantage of the good nature of some community groups and government departments. We believe the role of a Community Group is to be there to assist the needy not the greedy. We have seen time and time again tenants make false accusations stating they have been listed on TICA's Tenancy History Database simply to obtain low cost housing, this is a practice TICA does not condone.

When becoming a Community Group Member you will have access to:-

	Tenancy History Database (Residential searches only).
	Enquiries Database (Residential searches only).

Community Groups and Government Departments already using the TICA's Tenant Screening Service include but are not limited to:-
AUSTRALIAN RED CROSS, COMMUNITY HOUSING SERVICES, COMMUNITY YOUTH SERVICE, DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY & COMMUNITY SERVICES, FAMILY REFERRAL SERVICE, HOUSING NSW, LAND & HOUSING CORPORATION, OZCARE, TAASQ, THE SALVATION ARMY, WESLEY MISSION, YOUTH ACCOMODATION & SUPPORT SERVICE, YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES and more.

TICA Community Group Tenant Screening Membership fee's. All prices include GST.
	$44.00 one off joining fee.
	$22.00 annual subscription fee.
	$143.00 for 10 searches (Discounts are available for pre-paid blocks of 100 or more).
