There are three (3) databases that can be searched via the system, the Tenancy History, Enquiries and TICA Public Records Database.

TICA Tenancy History Database (Residential/Commercial Tenancies)
The Tenancy History Database lets you know if another member has listed an individual, company or business as wanting to provide a future reference.
The information you will be provided with is:-
	Date the listing was made.
	Listing member’s name.
	Contact details of the listing member.
	The reason the listing was made.
	Suburb.
	Property reference number.
The TICA Tenancy History Database comprises of over 500,000 records.

TICA Enquiries Database (Residential/Commercial)
The Enquiries Database lets you know where an individual, company or business has made a previous application for residential or commercial tenancies.
The information you will be provided with is:-
	Date the enquiry was made.
	Enquiring member's name.
	Contact details of the enquiring member.
The TICA Enquiries Database comprises of over 6 Million records.
